Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce that Conor Mulloy has joined their Commercial Agency team as a Director, working within the four-strong agency team in Manchester.
Graham + Sibbald, a Scottish founded Chartered Surveyor and Property Consultancy firm, has 15 offices across Scotland. South of the border, the business has offices in Manchester, London and Birmingham.
Having joined Cheetham & Mortimer in 2003, Mulloy has worked as a commercial agent specialising in retail and leisure for almost 20 years.
Mulloy commented; “Graham + Sibbald just felt right. There are ambitious plans for the Manchester office and it is moving forward in a very positive direction. I’ve been given the platform to continue to do what I love, which is deliver retail and leisure deals and schemes for great clients.”

Projects he is involved in include MediaCityUK, the £750m home of the BBC and ITV, as well as Kampus, HBD and Capital & Centric’s mixed-use redevelopment of the former Manchester Metropolitan University campus.

Mulloy’s appointment follows hot on the heels of Hugh Anderson and Martin Davis joining the team in October. Anderson and Davis are developing the hotel and leisure service offering across England. Together they have brought more than 50 years of experience to the team.
The Manchester office was the second of the company’s offices in England, after London and before the opening of a Birmingham office.
Graham + Sibbald has around 220 staff members and 23 Partners working across their 18 UK offices in Scotland and England.
