Approach
The Project was delivered by our Glasgow and Inverness office working together. Architectural Design was delivered from our team in Glasgow, whilst our Inverness team provided project management and contract administration services to completion.
Graham + Sibbald provided Architectural Design, Project Management and Contract Administration service, including conditions of contract, tendering the project, advising on the appointment of a Principal Contractor and managing the process to completion.

Key Challenges
Dingwall Town Hall is a listed building and the internal layout proved challenging, in terms of where the lift could be located.
Due to the existing construction of the property, the new first floor landing had to be fire rated to comply with Building Regulations.
The project took place during the Covid-19 pandemic, with associated restrictions on social distancing and essential travel.
Results
The project was delivered on time and within budget.
Key Message
Good communication between our office networks ensured any issues arising on site were dealt with promptly to safeguard the project from any timescale delays.
