Guy joined Graham + Sibbald following the acquisition of Keningtons in 2022. He had been with Keningtons since 2018, managing all aspects of property management alongside related landlord and tenant matters.
Guy deals with commercial management of properties for a number of clients, including pension funds, private investors and family trusts. This role is broad ranging and includes advising on matters such as rent and service charge collection, providing recommendations on lettings, sub-lettings, lease surrenders, disposals together with Landlord and Tenant matters.
Guy was involved with the drafting and preparation of the RICS Guidance Note on managing Mixed Use Developments.
