Hotel Indigo occupies a prime location in The Cube, close to business and leisure districts.
Graham + Sibbald, with joint agents Fleurets, have led the sale of one of Birmingham’s landmark hotels, Hotel Indigo.
Occupying The Cube, one of Birmingham’s most iconic buildings, Hotel Indigo boasts 52 rooms, a Marco Pierre White restaurant and the city’s first exclusive whiskey and cocktails lounge.
Listed for £12.5m, the sale of the hotel and restaurant was completed this week with the Caskade Group.
Opened in 2010, the building was designed by lauded architect, Ken Shuttleworth of Make, whose portfolio also includes the Gherkin. In the 12 years since opening, it has become a destination for many, the hotel and restaurant providing panoramic views of the city.

In addition to the hotel, The Cube also includes bars, restaurants and several leisure uses, including a 10-pin bowling centre. It also has 135 residential apartments, extensive underground car parking and 111,500 sq ft of offices.
