Associate, Head of Client Accounts
Natalie has been working within property management accounts for over 30 years, starting as a property accountant with Chestertons, having previously worked on the client side. Having worked for several well-known firms of chartered surveyors she started her journey with Graham + Sibbald in June 2022 in their Asset Services Department following their acquisition of Keningtons LLP for whom she was with for over 11 years.
Over the years she has acquired experience in several property management accounting systems.
Natalie is responsible for twenty-five clients ranging from private investors to unions. She provides financial services direct to clients communicating financial information, addressing any queries, and providing support. Duties are broad ranging including client reporting, bank reconciliations, preparation, and submission of vat returns and management company accounts as well as liaising with tenants and suppliers as required addressing any queries.
She is also responsible for co-ordinating the invoicing of the Asset Services management fees for London.
