We are seeking to recruit a Graduate to join our growing Building Surveying Team in Manchester.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Manchester would be beneficial but is not essential.
The Role
The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a varied range of Technical Services clients from Manchester and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects.

Our Graduates are supported through-out their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) journey by way of a structured training framework which is adapted to meet individual’s needs. Our aim is to provide candidates with the necessary training and experience to allow them to sit examinations/professional assessments with confidence, directed and supervised by our in-house APC Counsellors/Supervisors.
Role Requirements
Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required. Ideally the candidates will be close to sitting their APC or have at least enrolled in the process. Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought-after but not essential.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
