Stuart has over 15 years of experience working within the Valuation for Business Rates sector; before joining Graham + Sibbald he worked for Borders Assessor and Lothian Assessor where he managed a team of Valuers. Stuart has experience of valuing a wide variety of property types for Rating purposes from shops, offices & industrial subjects through to more specialised properties including pubs, hotels and petrol filling stations. Stuart has undertaken proposals and appeals throughout Scotland and successfully negotiated reductions in Rateable Value with a variety of Assessor’s offices.
