Graham + Sibbald is delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Emily Hewitson (Glasgow/Edinburgh), who passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Surveyor. Emily is the first candidate from the Hotel + Leisure department to have sat and passed their APC.
Emily joined Graham + Sibbald in August 2023, bringing with her two years of commercial valuation experience. After completing her degree at Herriot Watt University in 2020 she has gained invaluable experience across the property industry, however her passion for people and places makes her a great asset to the Hotel + Leisure team. Her role entails Hotel + Leisure agency and valuation work. Based across Scotland, Emily works closely with her valuer and agent colleagues on numerous properties of varying location and type.
Emily commented: “Since joining Graham + Sibbald I have had a significant amount of support from colleagues within my team but also various teams and offices across the firm. I’m so happy to have passed my APC and now be able to focus on clients, properties and expansion of the H+L team! I look forward to working closely with my colleague on a range of agency and valuation jobs across Scotland and the North of England.”
