Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Cameron Gilchrist (Paisley) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Residential Surveyor.
Cameron joined Graham + Sibbald in August 2019 as a Student Surveyor on the Graduate Apprenticeship Programme. Whilst working in the Residential department Cameron achieved a BSc Hons in Construction and the Built Environment from Edinburgh Napier University, graduating in 2023. He works within the Paisley Residential department where he provides a range of services such as Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, EPCs and Desktop Valuations on a daily basis to Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Argyll. These reports are carried out for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local estate agents, solicitors, and private clients. Cameron enjoys that no two days are the same at G+S and prides himself on providing a high level of service to all clients.
Cameron commented: “Having started at Graham + Sibbald as a Student Surveyor on the Graduate Apprenticeship Programme, to have now achieved my Chartership is a great feeling. I am extremely thankful to everyone that has supported me from the start of my Surveying career until now, the variety of training I have received over the past 5 years has allowed me to develop my knowledge and strengthen my skillset. It’s a great team to be a part of and I am excited to continue my journey at Graham + Sibbald as a Chartered Surveyor.”
