Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Matt Roberts (Manchester) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Surveyor, working within the Commercial Agency Department.
Matt joined Graham + Sibbald in August 2022 after Graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Real Estate. In his day-to-day he carries out property disposals and acquisitions for a range of clients and sectors, property valuations across a variety of asset classes and a range of landlord and tenant work. He also has experience within the business rates sector meaning he can assist the Business Rates department during busy periods.
Matt commented: “Thank you to everyone that has supported me throughout the APC process. The variety of training, mentoring and mock exams I have received really helped me prepare for my APC. I am excited to continue my career within the Manchester Commercial Agency team as we continue to strengthen our offering.”
