Chartered Surveyor
Nick is a Graduate Surveyor in the Dundee and Aberdeen offices working within the Commercial department specialising in Valuations and Compulsory Purchase. Nick has a Masters Degree from Heriot-Watt University in Real Estate Investment and Finance. Nick has previously worked in a variety of real estate roles which include Planning in Bristol and Commercial Valuations, CPO and non-domestics rates in Aberdeen covering a nationwide area of clients. Nick passed his APC in November 2025 and is now an RICS Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor.
During his day-to-day work, Nick undertakes a wide range of valuations for a mix of local and national clients, as well as specialising in valuations for public sector bodies across Scotland. Nick also advises and negotiates claims on behalf of parties affected by a Compulsory Purchase to ensure they are fairly compensated. Outside of G+S, Nick sits on the Compulsory Purchase Association (CPA) Futures Committee and is part of the Diversity & Inclusion working group.
