UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants Graham + Sibbald have welcomed a new Director of Valuation Services to the Edinburgh team.
Scott brings over 15 years of experience in providing strategic property investment and valuation advice to a broad range of clients, including high street banks, challenger banks, pension funds, and both private and public sector organisations.
In addition to valuation, he advises on lease matters, delivering services as part of rent reviews, lease renewals, and regear negotiations, and he is also experienced in expert witness work.
Although mostly covering the core commercial sectors of office, retail and industrial, Scott also advises clients operating across the ‘living’ sectors, with a specific focus on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA).
Over the past few years, our valuation team has experienced significant growth across the UK. This strategic appointment in Scotland, however, demonstrates our commitment to investing in our roots.
