Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are delighted to welcome Ellen Dougall, Senior Surveyor.
Ellen has joined the team from the Lothian Valuation Joint Board, where she helped to deliver the 2023 Valuation Roll and recently worked on the 2026 Revaluation. She has experience in surveying a variety of properties as well as experience in negotiating and settling rating proposals.
