Graham + Sibbald is delighted to share that we have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, which will commence in 2026. We have been named on the following lots:
Lot number 1- Total Estate Management;
Lot number 2 – Property Management;
Lot number 3 – Agency & Lease Management;
Lot number 4 – Surveying and Strategic Advice;
Lot number 5 – Valuation & CPO; and
Lot number 6 – Rating.
The new agreement covers the whole of the UK which we will service from our multi-disciplinary network of 27 offices including London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh. This is the second consecutive CCS framework that Graham + Sibbald has been named on, and we look forward to continuing to work with our clients from across the public sector including local authorities, central government, emergency services and the NHS.
