Operations Manager

We are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our Asset Service team.

 

The Role

To manage Loch Lomond Shores shopping centre by efficiently overseeing the site team, undertaking and instructing repairs and maintenance works, implementing and managing the PPM scheme, ensuring compliance with all health and safety measures onsite and liaising with tenants and occupiers.

The role offers a unique opportunity to work at a five star visitor attraction centre based at Loch Lomond undertaking a broad range of tasks.

Location

Loch Lomond Shores, Ben Lomond Way, Balloch, G83 8QL

Duties

  • Undertake site repairs and maintenance directly – applicant should have repair skills and experience
  • Coordinate contractors for the property
  • Undertake regular inspections of the property
  • Obtain estimates for property repairs/maintenance
  • Ongoing monitoring and implementation of statutory health and safety requirements

  • PC skills – Word / Excel / Outlook
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
