We are seeking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to join our Asset Services team covering the M4 Corridor/South West.
The Role
To undertake a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base.
Provide a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness.
Promote the Firm’s services and develop existing client base.
Be responsible for managing projects and mentoring recently qualified and graduate employees.
Ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guidelines.
Duties
- Provide sound professional advice to clients and negotiate confidently
- Undertake site visits
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Manage Team projects and property portfolios
- Prepare invoices and maintain Team finance
- Accurate assessment of any environmental impacts or economic viability
- Take responsibility for projects from earliest stages to completion
- Develop new business with existing clients and expand client base
- Deal with day-to-day tenant enquiries in an efficient manner
Skills + Experience

- Relevant degree and professional membership (RICS/RTPI)
- Confident communicator
- Excellent presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of sector and general property market
