Senior Property Manager
Andrew Greenfield is an experienced property professional with a career spanning all areas of property management, as well as residential and commercial agency. His key areas of expertise include client relationship management, organisational leadership, contract negotiation, and business development. Andrew came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety.
Andrew is responsible for setting up and managing service charge budgets, overseeing reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), instructing and managing contractors, and supervising works including those carried out under Section 20. He also handles a wide range of landlord and tenant enquiries, ensuring effective communication and compliance at all stages.
