Cameron brings over 35 years of experience in the residential property market, providing advice and reports to a broad range of clients, including prime & sub-prime lenders, estate agency/solicitor clients and members of the public.
Cameron started with Graham + Sibbald in May 2026, principally based in our Kilmarnock office, covering parts of East, South and North Ayrshire. His main roles involve the preparation of Scottish Home Reports, Valuations for Mortgage Purposes and the preparation of domestic Energy Performance Certificates.
Cameron is a Registered Valuer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, qualifying in 1990 within their General Practice Division. He brings a wealth of knowledge across the whole of the residential property market and has gained himself a very strong reputation, particularly covering the Ayrshire area and beyond.
