Surveyor
After graduating with a 2:1 in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, James gained over ten years of experience in commercial property. He now works in the healthcare team as a chartered surveyor having joined Aitchison Raffety in April 2025. James completes a variety of work including valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews as well as notional rent reviews for GP practices.
