Joe has over 12 years’ experience in business rates and heads the England and Wales business rates team, whilst maintaining an active caseload across a wide range of rating matters. Joe specialises in the central London office and retail markets, having advised occupiers and investors on all aspects of rating liability, appeals, and strategy. Joe has vast experience representing clients at both the Valuation Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, bringing technical knowledge to complex and high-value disputes. Joe deals with casework across England and Wales, combining deep market knowledge with a hands-on approach to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
