Director – New Business
Martin came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. He joined Aitchison Raffety in October 2018 and currently serves as our Business Development Director. Martin leads the firm’s strategic growth agenda across all service lines, driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering sustainable long-term value. In this role, Martin identifies emerging market opportunities, forges strategic partnerships, and ensures the Group’s commercial strategy is fully aligned with its overarching vision and objectives.
With over two decades of senior leadership experience – including a successful early career at Lloyds Banking Group – Martin joined Aitchison Raffety in 2018 as a Director. Since then, he has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s business development initiatives, focusing keenly on performance improvement, investment alignment, and scalable growth.
