Matthew re-joined Aitchison Raffety in September 2025 and came to the business through Graham + Sibbald’s acquisition of Aitchison Raffety. Matthew has over 20 years experience as a Town Planner, primarily spent in private consultancy. Matthew has operated across all spectrums of planning, including initial appraisals, planning application for major housing developments, planning appeals (including Public Inquiries) and land promotion.
