Director
Paul is a Director at Graham + Sibbald, with specific responsibility for Building Surveying across both residential and commercial property. He leads the building surveying team, which undertakes acquisition surveys, defect analysis, construction monitoring, and the preparation and negotiation of Schedules of Dilapidation and Schedules of Condition.
Paul has over 40 years’ experience, beginning his career in the Special Projects Division of the London Borough of Haringey, managing repairs and improvements to schools, housing, and public buildings. He subsequently worked in London, Berkhamsted, Northampton, and Milton Keynes, undertaking residential and commercial surveys, valuations, and small building projects before joining the Hemel Hempstead office.
His work includes monitoring building projects on behalf of lenders, valuations of construction works, acquisition surveys, insurance reinstatement assessments, and residential valuations. Paul also undertakes survey and project monitoring assignments across central London and throughout the UK, providing expert advice and oversight on a wide range of property issues.
