She is responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, ensuring the leadership team has reliable information to inform decision-making.
In addition to overseeing VAT returns, Sukhi plays a key role in supporting the audit process, maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Her hands-on approach and thorough understanding of financial reporting and day-to-day finance operations enable her to contribute effectively across the organisation.
