Senior Surveyor
Tom is part of the Valuation team at Graham + Sibbald, responsible for undertaking a wide range of valuations for secured lending and accounts purposes. He provides ‘Red Book’ valuations across all principal commercial property types, including sites being redeveloped for both commercial and residential use. Tom also works on bespoke valuation projects and supports the training of graduates enrolled in the Assessment of Professional Competence.
