Deal Complete: Central London Freehold Acquisition

Graham + Sibbald are pleased to have acquired a freehold mixed-use building- 1-3 Trinity Street and 301-303 Borough High Street in SE1 on behalf of a private owner-occupier. Kyle Nicholls and Charlie West of Graham + Sibbald represented the purchaser. Philip Martin and Simon Smith of Union Street Partners represented the vendor.

1-3 Trinity Street and 301 – 303 Borough High Street comprise a mixed use Office & Retail building, extending to 6,500 sq.ft. The opportunity on Trinity Street provides our clients with a strategic location, situated off Borough High Street, offering ample amenities and strong transport links, within a minute’s walk of Borough Underground Station.

Graham + Sibbald also undertook the technical pre-acquisition building due diligence, demonstrating Graham + Sibbald’s ability to provide a holistic service to our clients.
