Charlotte joined Graham + Sibbald in February 2026, with 5 years PQE experience and over 10 years experience in property. Charlotte graduated from the University of York in 2014 and undertook a post-graduate qualification at Harper Adams University in 2015/16. Charlotte specialises in valuing commercial and residential Real Estate, including but not limited to Prime and Super Prime residential assets, rural and equestrian properties, residential investment portfolios, retail, industrial, offices and more.
