Matt joined G+S in 2026 following seven years with CBRE. Based in our Birmingham office, Matt is a chartered surveyor and a RICS registered valuer with over seven years’ valuation experience between the UAE and UK. He has worked with a range of clients including major international lenders, developers, property companies, institutional investors and real estate investment trusts on both secured lending and financial reporting mandates. Matt has experience in valuing all major commercial asset classes and is developing a specialism in alternative property sectors including hotels, schools, leisure and healthcare assets and is looking forward to gaining further experience and knowledge as part of the G+S team
