Graham + Sibbald is delighted to announce that Patrick Morrissey has joined as a Director and Senior Advisor based in the London office with a focus on Corporate Occupiers and strengthening international relationships.
Morrissey has over 40 years experience in acting for tenants on both UK and global projects, and his key client relationships include BMW, Rio Tinto, RBS, Stellantis, OUP and PPG.
His recruitment comes at a pivotal time in the cycle as occupiers are increasingly undertaking market-leading transactions in the investment market to buy in freeholds and blue-chip covenant tenants are the driver of development activity in London and the regions.

This key appointment follows closely behind the announcement in recent weeks to significantly expand the Graham + Sibbald regional Capital Markets offer through the recruitment of experienced agents Richard Durkin in Birmingham and Scott Helyer in London.
