Graham + Sibbald, UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants have been appointed by ‘The Coffee’ to search for new locations.
The Coffee is a cosmopolitan brand bridging Brazil’s rich coffee heritage with Tokyo’s perfectionist, grab-and-go café culture in urban centers worldwide.
- Brazilian Roots, Japanese Precision: Combines high-scoring Brazilian single-origin beans directly with Japanese roasting and extraction standards.
- Space-Optimised Architecture: Converts tiny storefronts and architectural gaps into minimalist, wooden-and-concrete walk-up kiosks inspired by Tokyo micro-cafes.
- Frictionless Tech: Operates cash-free via touchscreen kiosks and a mobile app designed for fast, seamless ordering in high-density cities.
With Liverpool proving a huge success the focus is now London and it’s suburbs.
Priority location criteria are as follows:
- High Visibility and prominence with high footfall
- Proximity to transport hubs, corporate centres, schools, hospitals, universities commercial/retail districts and tourist districts
- Attractive neighbourhoods
- Former F&B properties
The Coffee is looking for two different types of properties, the first type of property is to be no less than 40m² and have a façade of 3 meters, while the second is to be no less than 70m² and have a façade of 3 meters.
