Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have concluded four deals on behalf of The Paint Shed. Having just opened their 14th store across Scotland, the family-run business is currently going through a welcomed period of expansion.
The Paint Shed have recently opened their new East Kilbride premises at Colvilles Park in March 2019. East Kilbride is now their 14th store in Scotland, while their 15th and latest store will be opening in North West Glasgow at Anniesland Industrial Estate later this year. G+S acquired East Kilbride on behalf of The Paint Shed following a positive negotiation with the estate Landlord M7 and provided strategic advice on The Paint Shed’s Anniesland acquisition.
Graham + Sibbald have also assisted The Paint Shed extend their Head Quarters office and trade counter located in Springkerse Industrial Estate, Stirling. The bigger footprint in the City will allow the business to extend their paint offering in their Stirling store and allow for a possible extension of their back of house office function, both to deal with increased customer demand.
Mark Gillies, Associate at Graham + Sibbald, has provided property advice to the client and handled each respective deal in order to ensure that the best outcome was achieved.
