Associate
Tom is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over nine years’ experience in the Scottish market. He graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2018 with an honours degree in Real Estate and earned MRICS qualification in 2021. Prior to joining G+S in January 2020, Tom spent two years working for an international commercial real estate advisory business and latterly another UK firm.
Tom’s focus is commercial agency, providing lettings, sales and acquisitions on behalf of clients, covering many sectors though focusing mainly on industrial, office and land transactions. He is also experienced in the property asset management of extensive investment portfolios (single and multi-let properties).
During his time at G+S, Tom has acted on behalf of a range of private and public sector clients including KPMG, Scottish Power, Stark, Clyde Gateway, Ashfield Land, Scottish Prison Service, LCP, The University of the West of Scotland, and City Property Investments.
