Senior Associate
Karen Sweeney joined Graham + Sibbald as a Senior Surveyor in 2020, having worked across a number of facilities management firms prior. She graduated with a BBS (Hons) degree from University of Limerick and obtained a Higher Certificate in Property Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology. Karen has also completed her IOSH Managing Safely course. Based in the Glasgow office as part of the Asset Services Team, Karen is responsible for a mixed portfolio of properties throughout Scotland. She is experienced in the day-to-day management and coordination of commercial portfolios including landlord and tenant liaison, service charge budget preparation and operation, implementing planned preventative maintenance programmes, lease negotiation and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Karen is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike.
