Katie has over 9 years of experience in the property industry and is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer specialising in the hotel and licensed leisure sector. She is actively involved in both valuation and agency instructions, covering assets across Scotland, and has advised on a diverse portfolio ranging from rural inns and country house hotels to large-scale city centre operations, as well as bars, restaurants, public houses and cafes.
Her client base includes both independent operators and national groups, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the sector’s varied requirements.
