We are seeking to recruit an experienced Agent to join our Inverness Hotel + Leisure team.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will be fully Qualified Chartered Surveyors, however, it is not necessary to be a Chartered or a Registered Valuer. In addition, good experience in the Commercial Agency market, although previous specialist knowledge of the Hotel + Leisure sector is not mandatory.
Good knowledge of Scottish geography would be beneficial but is not an immediate requirement.
The Role
The role will be primarily based in Inverness, though our team cover the whole of Scotland. A full UK driving licence will be required to undertake this.
Working within our Hotel + Leisure team, the roll will involve acquisition and disposal of heritable and leasehold premises or as going concern businesses for clients, business development, client relations/handling, inspections, report writing, managing ongoing instructions, negotiation skills and more. A background in retail and leisure agency would be beneficial.

Role Requirements
Relevant RICS accredited qualification is preferred for this role – Undergraduate or Masters.
A strong level of numeracy skills, including the use of excel, is required to ensure an ability to analyse businesses.
An ability to learn quickly, retain information, work under pressure and understand the importance of meeting deadlines in order to deliver excellent client care.
