Graduate Surveyor
Max undertook a Graduate Apprenticeship from July 2021 to October 2025, studying Construction and the Built Environment at Edinburgh Napier University while working within Graham + Sibbald’s Asset Services team in Glasgow. The apprenticeship followed a six-week annual block release for university study, with the remainder of the year spent working full time at Graham + Sibbald.
In July 2024, Max achieved a Level 4 Diploma in Non-Domestic Energy Assessment and has since been a part of Graham + Sibbald’s EPC team, providing Energy Performance Certificates for clients alongside his Asset Services role.
In October 2025, Max graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a First-Class Honours Degree. He continues to work within the Asset Services Department, where his responsibilities include proactive management of property services, health and safety compliance, landlord and tenant liaison, service charge budgeting, property inspections, and the administration of lease transfers, assignations, and terminations. Max is dedicated to further developing his expertise in the commercial property sector, with the goal of becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
