Divisional Director
Kerri leads the Planning & Development division in the UK, providing planning and development consultancy services to public and private sector clients across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, renewables, ports & harbours and healthcare.
Kerri is a Chartered Planner and Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of private sector planning and development consultancy experience. Kerri joined Graham + Sibbald in 2013, having previously worked at Entec, Drivers Jonas and Savills.
She provides a range of planning and development consultancy services to clients including strategic land promotion, development feasibility studies, option appraisals, leading multi-disciplinary teams on major complex planning applications, stakeholder engagement, Environmental Impact Assessments, compulsory purchase advice, urban regeneration and masterplanning and appeals.
