HR Manager
Natalie joined Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office in 2021 as an HR Officer and has since progressed to the role of HR Manager. With a law degree and Level 5 CIPD qualification, she brings strong technical knowledge and a well-rounded understanding of people management to the company.
As HR Manager, Natalie provides strategic and operational HR support across all Graham + Sibbald offices. She delivers clear, practical guidance on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment, talent development, training development, training and inductions, employee relations and organisational change. Natalie plays a key role in shaping and implementing the firm’s people strategy, ensuring colleagues and managers are supported through every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Known for her approachable and solutions-focused style, Natalie works closely with teams across the business to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
