Managing Partner
Calum studied Land Economics at The University of Paisley. Thereafter he joined the Renfrewshire Assessor’s Office, Euan Wallace + Partners and then Graham + Sibbald in 2000 as a Senior Surveyor in the Glasgow office. Calum was promoted to Associate in 2005, Partner in 2008 and is now Managing Partner to the firm.
Calum specialises in Automotive + Roadside Services, working as Project Director on key management contracts including BP Oil (UK) Ltd and is the Contract Lead on the City Property (Glasgow) LLP and Scottish Power Contracts. Core services provided include; accounting services, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease surrenders, compulsory purchase, maintenance issues, service charge issues, acquisitions, disposals and valuations. Calum’s knowledge and expertise across our various Commercial services play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Glasgow office and the firm as a whole.
