Executive Director
Stephen is an Executive Director who leads the Valuation Services department in the UK, delivering valuation and advisory services to a broad range of clients, including lenders, investors, public sector organisations and private clients across a wide range of property types.
His work focuses on secured lending, financial reporting and strategic valuation advice across multiple sectors. He coordinates instructions nationally, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to delivery across the service line.
Stephen sits on the firm’s Valuation Board, contributing to strategic direction, governance, and the continued development of best practice across the valuation business.
