Andrew heads up the Commercial Department based in the Dundee office while also covering the wider Angus area and North Fife. He is involved in all aspects of commercial property providing valuation, agency and professional advice, with his team providing expertise in areas such as Building Surveying and Property Management. As a Registered RICS Valuer he prepares reports for all major financial institutions while professional advice is provided to a wide range of clients including solicitors, accountants and other professionals while also directly to private individuals. On the Agency front he has experience across all sectors including capital markets, acting for National, Regional and Local clients alike. Over the years he has been involved in some of the largest lettings and disposals within his market and is able to call on his extensive market knowledge when advising clients in order to maximise the value of their property assets.
