Associate
Ryan joined Graham + Sibbald as a Student Surveyor in June 2017, as part of the firms graduate apprenticeship scheme, and graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in July 2022 with an honours degree in Real Estate. Ryan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2023, successfully being promoted to Senior Surveyor in April 2024 and subsequently Associate in April 2025.
Ryan’s main focus is assisting the agency team within the Glasgow office providing lettings, sales, and acquisitions on behalf of various clients across many sectors, focusing mainly on retail transactions in the West of Scotland. Ryan’s commitment and experience to date have assisted in streamlining this process and concluding new deals as efficiently as possible. During his time at G+S, Ryan has acted on behalf of clients such as Co-op, Stelmain, The Salvation Army, Dignity Funerals, United Wholesale Scotland, City Property Glasgow, and many others.
