Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the success of Rob Clegg (Manchester) who successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Building Surveyor.
At Graham + Sibbald we aim to train and develop all of our staff members to allow them to be qualified to the highest level possible, and so our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key members within the business who have received training through the RICS to become qualified APC Assessors.
Rob began working as a Building Surveyor at Sanctuary Group in 2013 completing the ONC and HNC by 2017. From there he acted as Project Manager for Sanctuary’s Commercial arm, delivering a range of complex projects valued from £250k to £6M. Concurrently, he completed his Building Surveying degree in 2020, graduating from The University College of Estate Management with First Class Honours.
Rob joined the Building Surveying team in Manchester in August 2022 and offers our Clients a wide range of services on commercial properties, including;
- Project Management, Principal Designer and Contract Administration Services
- Pre-acquisition Surveys
- Schedule of Dilapidations
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes
With over 45 staff members in employment within the Technical Service team comprising Building Surveyors and Architectural professionals, Graham + Sibbald are able to provide a range of in-house service lines across their 21 UK offices.
