Asset Services APC Candidate Success

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce our newly qualified Chartered Surveyor, Kirstie MacKenzie (Glasgow) who has successfully passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Kirstie joined G+S as a Property Manager in September 2021 within the Asset Services team. Whilst working she has completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate in June 2024 from Heriot Watt University, graduating with Distinction.

In her day-to-day, Kirstie is responsible for properties throughout Scotland, her responsibilities include proactive management of property services, administering service charge budgets, health and safety compliance and property inspections. With a commitment to delivering the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike, Kirstie is an asset to the large Asset Services team G+S has across the UK.

Kirstie commented, “I’m thrilled to have passed my APC and now be a Chartered Surveyor. I have had fantastic support from my colleagues at G+S throughout my Masters and working towards my APC. The guidance, alongside the valuable time spent in mock interviews with my colleagues has been second to none. I really don’t feel like I could have been in a better position to pass my APC anywhere else.”
