Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants are thrilled to announce the promotion of Billy Overton MRICS to Associate.
Billy joined the Graham + Sibbald Bristol office in December 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor and later passed his APC in 2023. Billy works in the Building Surveying Team along with Director of Building Surveying for Southern England, John Gardner MRICS and Graduate Surveyor, Liam Stevens.
Billy’s experience includes a range of services, including Project Management and Contract Administration, Dilapidations acting for both Landlord and Tenant, Technical Due Diligence Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Schedules of Condition, Planned Preventative Maintenance, and Party Wall Matters. In addition, Billy is a qualified Level 3 & 4 Non-domestic Energy Assessor and can provide Energy Performance Certificates for commercial property.
Billy is currently assisting Associate Emily Bullock with several Asset Management instructions, in keeping with our collaborative approach to providing a high standard of service to our commercial clients.
