Building Surveying Graduate Success

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce our newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor, Robbie Kemsley (Glasgow) who has successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Robbie is a Building Surveyor within Graham + Sibbald’s Glasgow office, having joined the firm in March 2021 whilst completing a Real Estate MSc at the University of Glasgow. Robbie originally joined Graham + Sibbald within the Residential Department but later found his interest within the Building Surveying team. Robbie is driven to providing high quality work to each of his clients by offering a wide range of services including;

  • Project Management, Principal Designer and Contract Administration Services
  • Pre-acquisition Surveys
  • Schedule of Dilapidations
  • Schedule of Conditions
  • Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  • Planned Maintenance Programmes
  • Residential factoring refurbishment/repair schemes

With over 45 staff members in employment within the Technical Service team comprising Building Surveyors and Architectural professionals, Graham + Sibbald are able to provide a range of in-house service lines across their 21 UK offices in Scotland and England.

Robbie commented: “I am delighted to have passed my APC and now be a Chartered Building Surveyor. The process isn’t easy but it has been made easier by the support from G+S, through their variety of training, mentoring and mock exams. I look forward to continuing to work within the busy Glasgow Building Surveying team.”
