We are seeking to recruit a Client Services Executive to join our Client Services Team.
The Role
The role will primarily involve supporting the Client Services Manager and wider Valuation Team across a range of client and administrative activities. This is a varied and fast-paced role, where no two days are the same, and will provide the opportunity to develop your knowledge of property, valuation and client services within a professional environment.
The role will involve assisting with client quotations, researching property types, supporting the allocation of instructions and completing conflict checks. You will also assist with setting up new instructions, issuing confirmation letters and reports, sending welcome emails and supporting surveyors and the wider team with information required from clients and lenders.
A key part of the role will be providing a high standard of customer service, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner and dealing confidently with both incoming and outgoing calls. You may also be required to contact clients to arrange inspections, take payments or discuss quotations.
The successful candidate will be encouraged and supported to develop their knowledge and skills, with the opportunity to build a career within Client Services and the wider property sector.
This is a remote role responsible for managing quotes and related activities across the English market. The successful candidate will work remotely, with any required travel or office attendance agreed in line with business needs.
Skills + Experience
We are looking for a proactive, organised and friendly individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and is confident dealing with people.
Previous experience in an administration, customer service, property, estate agency or professional office environment would be beneficial, although this is not essential. We would also welcome applications from candidates who are looking to develop their career within the property sector and have a genuine interest in learning about the industry.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel and be confident learning and using different systems and software.
A positive, flexible and ‘can do’ attitude is important, together with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Role Requirements
Previous experience in administration, customer service or a professional office environment.
Excellent organisational and IT skills, strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
