Commercial Property Agent

We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Agent to join our growing Team in Dunfermline.

 

The Role

The Commercial Agent will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of marketing reports, sale particulars, online listings as well as dealing with property enquiries, arranging and attending viewings and negotiation of terms for properties with interested parties and liaising with clients for the properties assigned to them, under the supervision of senior members of the team.

The role will be a mix of being office/out of office and will involve providing a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness. Provide effective support to Surveyors by carrying out various tasks with minimal supervision. Ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guidelines. To provide effective support to the Surveyors by carrying out various administrative duties efficiently and with minimal supervision.
