We are seeking to recruit an experienced Director or Senior Director Planner to join our busy Planning + Development team in England.
The Role
Graham + Sibbald’s Planning + Development Team provide a wide variety of planning consultancy services to a range of public and private sector clients. As a Director / Senior Director you will be responsible for leading client relationships and delivering projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, rural, renewables, healthcare and more.
You will also have the responsibility for driving business growth within the Planning + Development Department, supporting the continued development and expansion of the team.
Graham + Sibbald has a network of 25 office across the UK. The successful candidate will have an England wide remit and therefore travel between our network of offices may be required. We are looking to recruit two individuals, with one role based in our London office and one role based in our Manchester office.
Role Requirements
Chartered Town Planner with MRTPI status (or MRICS Planning + Development).
10+ years of post-qualified experience, working with an established client base and having a focus on growth.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the planning process and legislative framework is essential.
