Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the promotions of Jonathan Steele and Rosie MacDonald to Associate level, leading on from the business strategically strengthening its Commercial Valuation + Advisory Team across Scotland and the UK.
At this point in time, we have a total of 60 RICS qualified Chartered Surveyors registered under the RICS Valuers Registration Scheme strategically placed throughout our network of offices to offer our clients local knowledge teamed with national coverage.
We cover a wide range of property sectors and carry out valuations on behalf of both private and public sector clients, working closely with them to provide clear and concise valuation advice.
Jonathan Steele has been working within Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office since 2015 after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a Property Development and Valuation BSc (Hons). Having initially worked within the Agency team, Jonathan shifted his focus towards the commercial valuation side of the business and provides services for a range of local, regional and national scale clients.
A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market, Rosie MacDonald studied Land Economics (BSc) at Paisley University and commenced employment with Graham + Sibbald in 2006. While specialising in commercial valuations, Rosie also has an extensive background in professional services and carries out a variety of instructions for the purposes of loan bank lending, pension funds, asset valuations and more. Her knowledge, skill-set and expertise are key to the overall success of our West Valuation team.
